At the heart of our story is our low 'n' slow smoked meats, dripping with flavours cultivated from our homemade sauces and dry rubs. Here in the restaurant we pride our self on our ingredients' selection, we keep it Canadian – picking high cut high grade meats from local Ontario farms.
